RICHARD LYALL
RICHARD LYALL: The president of RESCON has represented the residential construction industry in Ontario since 1991. He is a frequent speaker and popular source quoted by GTHA mainstream media on construction industry issues, and writer who has been published in the Toronto Sun, Daily Commercial News and ReNew Canada magazine.
ANDREW PARISER
ANDREW PARISER: The vice-president is an expert in labour relations, drawing on his considerable experience at the Ministry of Labour. He is the chair of RESCON's health and safety committee. Andrew's other areas of focus include training and education and issues related to the Ministry of Labour. After a tumultuous 2016 round of collective bargaining, prep has already started for the 2019 round of negotiations.
NADIA TODOROVA
NADIA TODOROVA: The director of government relations is an author or co-author of several reports in her previous policy-driven roles for the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Road Builders' Association. She has also worked as an economist for the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure. Passionate about infrastructure, Nadia is also the director of government relations for the Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario (RCCAO).
AONGHUS KEALY
AONGHUS KEALY: RESCON's director of communications was previously a journalist, columnist and editor for 13 newsrooms in Canada and Ireland - including the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Metro Toronto and the Irish Sun - covering subjects such as news, real estate, business and sports. He also handles communications for the Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario (RCCAO).
PAUL DE BERARDIS
PAUL DE BERARDIS: The director of building science and innovation comes to RESCON with a diverse background in civil engineering, with experience in the design, construction and restoration of various building types. As a technically minded thinker, Paul spearheads innovative construction techniques and building science research to help guide the way homes and condos are built in the GTHA.
MICHAEL DE LINT
MICHAEL DE LINT: The director of building regulatory reform and technical standards and chair of RESCON's technical council, was previously a public servant with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, and the Ministry of Finance. Michael also has 10 years of experience as a World Bank consultant. He is working with key stakeholders to streamline Ontario's slow building approvals process.
ELLEN CLEVERDON
ELLEN CLEVERDON: RESCON's office manager has been the head of financial operations for the association since 2000. She was the second employee hired by the association after the president, Richard Lyall. She is the chief organizer for the office, spearheading meeting schedules, payroll and maintenance. She also works for the RCCAO.
ROSE CLEVERDON
ROSE CLEVERDON: The office administrator since 2005, Rose is the association's go-to person for industry contacts, organizing meetings and mailouts. She represents the front line for RESCON, plays a key role in maintaining ongoing communications between staff, key stakeholders and board members, and works for the RCCAO.

AMINA DIBE: RESCON's policy and programs analyst specializes in training and education, and health and safety. Amina works with key government and post-secondary stakeholders to improve career pathways into the construction industry, while also assisting communications and event planning.
