ANDREW PARISER: The vice-president is an expert in labour relations, drawing on his considerable experience at the Ministry of Labour. He is the chair
of RESCON's health and safety committee. Andrew's other areas of focus include training and education and issues related to the Ministry of Labour.

GRANT CAMERON: The senior director of public affairs is an experienced communications and media relations professional, award-winning
writer and journalist. He has worked in senior editorial roles at newspapers and magazines and managed communications for a large construction
union. He was a member of a Ministry of Labour committee that developed health and safety messaging for the public.
PAUL DE BERARDIS: The director of building science and innovation comes to RESCON with a diverse background in civil engineering, with experience in the design,
construction and restoration of various building types. As a technically minded thinker, Paul spearheads innovative construction techniques and building science research
to help guide the way homes and condos are built in the GTHA.
AMINA DIBE: RESCON's manager of government and stakeholder relations handles all government relations activity for RESCON and
advocates on behalf of members to municipal, provincial and federal levels of government on issues such as, but not limited to, the skilled trades,
health and safety, digitization and immigration. Amina is also the Chair of the Anti-Racism Roundtable. Amina recently completed her Masters in Washington,
DC and has experience working for political campaigns in both the United States and Canada.

MICHAEL DE LINT: The director of building regulatory reform and technical standards and chair of RESCON's technical council, was previously a public servant
with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, and the Ministry of Finance. Michael also has 10 years of experience as a World Bank consultant. He is working with key
stakeholders to streamline Ontario's slow building approvals process.
NANCY HIZAKA-VILARDO: RESCON’s director, operations & member services is focused on implementing growth strategies, enhancing organization effectiveness
and controls and diversifying the association’s services. She has extensive experience in association membership services, growing and diversifying the membership base,
delivering on value proposition and developing and marketing educational programs globally.
ELLEN CLEVERDON: RESCON's office manager has been the head of financial operations for the association since 2000. She was the second employee hired by the
association after the president, Richard Lyall. She is the chief organizer for the office, spearheading meeting schedules, payroll and maintenance. She also works
for the RCCAO.
ROSE CLEVERDON: The office administrator since 2005, Rose is the association's go-to person for industry contacts, organizing meetings and mailouts. She
represents the front line for RESCON, plays a key role in maintaining ongoing communications between staff, key stakeholders and board members, and works for the RCCAO.
AHD ALASHRY: RESCON's Policy and Programs Analyst works on Health and Safety, Government relations, Training & Education, and sits on
RESCON's Anti-Racism Roundtable Advisory Committee. She has experience in policy studies/research through her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political
Science from the University of Toronto and Sciences Po Paris. Ahd previously worked at a Federal Member of Parliament’s office as a public relations intern
and the Samara Centre for Democracy as a research assistant.
